Instructions of use

  1. The conference host decides on a six digit pin number of their choice, and a time that they would like the conference to start
  2. Contact the participants with your pin number, number to dial and time of conference call.
  3. At the agreed time of calling dial 0870 226 3327, enter the pin and start the conference.

You can share your Desktop too!

Share your DesktopWith the Presenter function from My Gathering you can now share your desktop, present documents and chat with your fellow conference callers as though you were sitting side by side!

Before your conference begins, here are some helpful hints and steps you can follow to ensure a smooth and productive meeting:

Make sure all your participants have the equipment they will need for the meeting setup properly PRIOR to beginning. Not having to troubleshoot video or audio problems during the meeting will make the experience better for everyone involved.

Test thoroughly beforehand!

Make sure you have the latest versions of both your browser and of the Macromedia Flash Player.

Clear your browser cache of old files and try to close any applications that are not crucial to your conference.
